Shopping from Chanel’s Beautique is understanding that all sales are final! We do not offer refunds after items have been purchased. 

Processing times about 1-3 days and shipping times depend on the order! On hand inventory shipping ranges from 3-7 days. We now offer expedited shipping at checkout! Please be patient with your orders as we receive many orders and have to manage them all with limited time.

Tracking numbers will be sent no later than 24 hours after your order has been placed. However, tracking won’t be updated until the orders are dropped off at USPS. Tracking should update within the 1-3 processing day period.

Once orders are dropped off at USPS, the responsibility of your orders are now in USPS’ hands. I am no longer responsible for your orders. 

If there are any problems or delays with your order after they’ve been shipped, please contact USPS. There is nothing I can do. 

To avoid any problems with receiving orders, please make sure you put in the correct address! If you notice that you put in the wrong address, please contact me @chanelsbeautique._ or theebeautique25@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. I will always post when orders will shipped, so please make sure you contact me with any issues before I ship orders.
