It was around maybe 3 years ago. I was 15 and a little more developed for my age than most. I was followed around stores and touched inappropriately by grown men. I’m 5’3 and 140lbs. It would’ve been easy for anybody to snatch me if I happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. One of my biggest fears was to ever get raped, kidnapped, or even killed by perverts who had no self control. Now I’m 18 and still, nothing has changed. I may be a legal adult now but that doesn’t dismiss how important it is as a woman to protect yourself at all costs. I have friends of all sizes who’ve given me worse stories about how even family members have S/A them! I started selling self defense tools specifically so everyone out there can have atleast one resource to protect themselves. I believe it is always in someone’s best interest to be prepared so I dropped pepper sprays as something cute, easy to carry around and accessible at any time if attatched to a keychain. Then I dropped tasers as another effective yet discrete way to protect yourself. They sold pretty well when I first dropped them and I was so anxious to drop more!
